Terms & Conditions

Back Orders: If your order includes an item that is not currently in stock, you will be notified at the time of order and the item will be forwarded separately within 7 business days. Out of stock items will be forwarded by ordinary mail/parcel post.  Where the delay is anticipated to be longer than 7 business days, you will be given the option to wait or receive a refund for that item. 


International Orders: For the purpose of ease, all international orders will be forwarded using Sendle. We will not accept liability for lost international shipments. Customers can request insurance through Sendle. International shipping costs are added at checkout. 


Payment: When an order is made to Belly Pillow International, you are required to submit your order through Stripe or Paypal. 


Prices: All prices are shown in Australian Dollars. The Goods and Service Tax (GST) is indicated where required. We don’t change our prices often, but we do reserve the right to alter them at any time, including when we put items on special. 

Shipping on all orders will be calculated at checkout through Sendle.


Note for International Customers: The prices displayed on this site include Australian Goods and Services Tax, currently levied at 10%  – but if the shipping address is overseas, then this is an export and the GST will not be included during the checkout process. So the prices are even cheaper than they look! 


Online Ordering

Belly Pillow International Pty Ltd uses PayPal & Stripe for payments. Customer credit card details are protected by Paypal or Stripe when entering card details. 


Consumer Information

Privacy: Your information is kept under a secure database and will not be given or sold to anyone. Upon registration, you will be automatically added to our mailing list, which you may unsubscribe at any time. Belly Pillow International (BPI) may give additional savings for registered members, however, it is not mandatory for us to do so.   For more information see our Privacy Policy.  


Mailing List: Mailing lists are not used outside of BPI.  Customers may periodically receive electronic information about sales and specials from BPI.


Repairs: All items are checked for condition and quality when they are packed for each order.  Faulty items may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. If you have received a faulty item please contact BPI Accounts on +61 414720073 for manufacturer lists and instructions.
